easy access to fine beaches and amazing landmarks
my family loved our stay here for four nights, especially because we could easily stroll to the beautiful cala mesquida beach, and we were just a short walk away from the charming son jaumell, made our weekend adventurous and relaxing at the same time.

Great location on the most beautiful beach in Majorca. Friendly service. Nice accommodation.
We had previously visited Cala Mesquida many years ago when the old resort owned by Holiday Club International was in existence. Whilst the new Viva resort is more upmarket and the standard of accommodation is higher, they have not built it to blend with the local environment and sadly they seem to have cut down a lot of the beautiful Mediterranean pine woods that the former resort was set among.

The location to the beach was great. Nice spacious apartment with private jacuzzi. The quality of the food offered was good.
There were hundreds of little children. The hotel is not exactly suitable for couples or people who are seeking a little break out. Wireless only worked sometimes during the day

Fine views, but pool issues
Woke up each morning to amazing ocean views that took our breath away! The staff were friendly.
We were disappointed with the pool's questionable water quality. It looked murky, made us reluctant to swim as much as we planned.
